Please note that visa requests for Dubai will be processed only for participants booking their accommodation through Congress Solutions International (CSI) – the agency appointed by UITP for hotel bookings.

Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the accreditation.

Press centre and press conference room

- Monday 11 April to Wednesday 13 April from 8:30 to 17:30
- Thursday 14 April from 8:30 to 13:30
Facilities and services
Documentation available in the Press Centre includes official Congress documents such as programs, press releases, backgrounders, etc. as well as exhibitors' press and promotional material.
The press working area will be equipped with computers with internet access (wifi) and a fax and copy machine.

Tea, coffee and soft drinks are available at the refreshment corner
